Germany’s cannabis law has two pillars. The main pillar became legislation in 2024, legalising cannabis for private use and allowing CSCs. The second pillar, which enables cannabis to become bought commercially in dispensaries, continues to be in the demo stage. At Blimburn Seeds, I goal to encourage and empower a completely new technology
